Overview

Elemental Energies delivered a blended well integrity training programme for Trident Energy, combining structured eLearning via Elemental EDGE, with targeted classroom delivery to strengthen operational competency across teams.

Challenge

Trident Energy required a consistent baseline of well integrity knowledge across personnel, while ensuring training was engaging, flexible, and directly applicable to real operational challenges across its assets.

Solution

Through our wells and training capability, we deployed the Elemental EDGE platform to deliver a structured 12-week eLearning curriculum, followed by a bespoke three-day classroom course focused on client-specific well integrity challenges.

Introduction and Well Planning
