Elemental Energies delivered a structured, blended well integrity training programme for Trident Energy, combining digital learning with focused in-person instruction.
The programme comprised a 12-week eLearning curriculum delivered via the Elemental EDGE learning management system (LMS), followed by a three-day classroom course in London. The in-person sessions built on the digital learning through client-specific examples and real-world well integrity challenges, reinforcing critical concepts and supporting long-term knowledge retention.
Scope of Work
The training programme was designed to establish a consistent baseline of well integrity knowledge across Trident Energy’s teams, while allowing flexibility for learners and maximum impact during classroom delivery.

- Access to Elemental EDGE’s proprietary well integrity eLearning content, available before and after classroom delivery as an ongoing knowledge resource
- A structured 12-week digital curriculum covering core well integrity principles and lifecycle considerations
