Rough Redevelopment Owner's Engineering

Centrica Energy Storage+ (CES+) aim to redevelop the Rough field into the UK’s largest hydrogen-ready gas storage site.

Our team initially provided engineering and technical support to the early phases of the Rough Redevelopment Project. As the project developed, the team’s support services were extended into FEED as part of the PMT.

The team’s concept optimisation approach was instrumental in maximising value in the early phases of the Rough Redevelopment. Beyond FEED, the team’s value improvement practices identified substantial further project cost savings.
